This parcel is zoned B-2 Highway Business and is located next to an established implement dealer in a new industrial park development. Parcel is located on Curtis Road, Sec. 26, T6N-R3E, Lot 3 of CSM #798. Tax Parcel #008-1312-010. Utilities available at Bennett Road, and annexation to the City of Dodgeville is required to hook up to city utilities. 2019 crops are not included in the sale and the current renter must be given access to remove all 2019 crops.
