   We have been contracted by the Louella Davis Estate to offer the home located at 175 Sparks Ave, Olive Hill Ky 41164 as well as the personal property to settle the estate.  We are offering a 1 ½ story older frame home on Lot No 18 of Scotts Addition of Olive Hill Ky. House is 3BR/1BA and has an outbuilding and is located in a nice neighborhood in a great centralized location.  Home will be offered at 10:00 am and personal property immediately after.
