The REAL ESTATE with improvements is located in Washington County's 20th Election District at 8023 & 8031 Avis Mill Road, Williamsport, Maryland on approximately 28.44 acres which is better described in Liber 5954, Folio 336, Tax Map 66, Grid 7 and Parcel 44, Accounts # 20-004959 & 20-008733 of the County Land Records.  Situate on the east side of Avis Mill Road are approximately 28.44 acres total. Said lands include 5.0 acres zoned and taxed as commercial property for account # 20-008733 and referred to as address 8031 Avis Mill Road, Williamsport, MD 21795. Said lands include 23.44 acres for account # 20-004959 referred to as address 8023 Avis Mill Road, Williamsport, MD 21795.

IMPROVEMENTS include an assembled 4,000 square foot log cabin on the 5.0 commercial acres not far from the Potomac River and the C&O Canal.
