All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled removal dates of that specific auction unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until Rowley's Auction Service, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction), there will be a $3 per day storage fee starting after removal dates. Rowley's Auction Service, LLC. will hold purchases for 5 business days. After the 5 business days have expired you will forfeit all items of ownership back to seller/consignor. If you made a error on your max bid or bid on the wrong item/lot, contact Greg as soon as you can while bidding is open or during closing process.
