Deposit to be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds or wire transfer.  Balance due by September 20, 2019 by 4:00 PM EDT. POSSESSION: Date of new deed transfer only.  TAXES: 2019 Real Estate taxes to be prorated. The house was built before 1978. Lead paint could be present, make your inspection 10 days prior to the auction ending time. Purchaser will be required to sign an inspection waiver prior to signing a sales purchase agreement.  PERSONAL PROPERTY PAYMENT: Day of item pick up with cash or good check. NO CREDIT CARDS. There will be a background check on all gun buyers at the Firearm Service Center location at 4754 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218, just minutes from the auction site. The cost to the buyer will be as follows: $25.00 per gun for first 2, $20.00 per gun if buying over 3 guns. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price which includes the 10% Buyer’s Premium on Personal Property.
