REAL ESTATE:  David and Linda have purchased another property and are moving.  Their property is a special one and we’re thankful to have the opportunity to represent them in this auction.  The spacious 1 ½ story seven bedroom home built in 1993 has 3135 sq. ft. of finished living space plus a full walk-out basement.  The large eat-in kitchen has oak cabinetry from Mullet Cabinets plus a pantry.  Completing the first floor are the Living Room, Office, 2 full baths, Master Bedroom, Small Bedroom, Storage Room, and an open front porch.  Upstairs there are 5 large bedrooms and a full bath.  The full basement has a “Summer Kitchen” – Laundry - full bath w/large shower and a gas fireplace.  The walk-out basement opens to a well designed patio.  A natural gas boiler provides hot water heat. TERMS:  We require a non refundable down payment of 10% of the purchase price at the close of the auction with the balance to be paid in full at closing in 30 – 45 days.  Possession will be approx. October 20th and no later than Nov. 1st.   There is a 2 % Buyer’s Premium in effect for this auction.  2 % of the high bid will be calculated and added on to determine the contracted selling price.  There are no financing contingencies.
