Terms on Real Estate: Property sold strictly AS-IS. 10% Buyer's premium added to final bid price. 10% non-refundable deposit down due the day auction ends online. Buyer must sign a contract on the day the auction ends. Buyer to close property in 30 days or less. Property is subject to auto-extend bidding. If a bid is placed at 1:59pm on the day the auction ends, bidding will be automatically extended for 5 minutes, so the closing time will move to 2:04pm, and so on UNTIL ALL BIDDING IS EXHAUSTED. This makes it fair to all bidders. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THE TERMS, if you don't understand the terms, please call and we will explain them to you.  If you don't trust the system, THEN DON'T BID! This is an Absolute Auction, and the highest bidder will be issued title at closing as long as all terms and conditions are met. All home built before 1978 may contain lead based paint. The real estate begins ending at 2:00 pm on the day of the sale.
Terms on Personal property:  Sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. No warranties of any kind. 10% buyers premium added to bid price. Day of auction ending payment in full will be collected via the credit card that was used for registering up to $1000.00 (unless other arrangements are made) Anything over $1000.00 to be paid by good local check or cash. Items are subject to AUTO-EXTEND  bidding. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended automatically for 5 minutes.  Example: If an item receives a bid at 5:59PM, the bidding will automatically extend to 6:04PM until all bidding is exhausted on the item. This makes it fair to all bidders.
