Carriages/Sleighs 
Pony Size Marathon Cart made by Carriage Machine Shop. Fits 12.5H pony.  43”wheels with flush hubs 64” shafts. Tree cutters, wood body, satin finish, split seat with half moon fenders. Black vinyl seat with black leather on shafts,dash tray with box under seat.  Very good condition, ready for pleasure or show.
T-Cart - Black w/ green pinstripe, red upholstery, older restoration, purchased from Jeff Day’s liquidation sale, comes w/ pole & shafts
H. Porto et fils Wagonette/Stanhope Phaeton - Built in France about 1890. Restored in 1995 by Weavertown Coach Shop to original colors. Most recently driven with a pair of 15.2 hh horses.
4-Passenger Wagonette - Roberts, blue & cream, comes w/ pole only
Brand New Cruiser Cut-under Buggy built by Double E Carriages, lots of extras
Doctors Buggy- purchased new in 1993 at Dollywood’s Valley Carriage Works in Pigeon Forge, TN, white with blue fold-down top, hydraulic brakes in excellent condition, vehicle used only for parades

Horse Size Cart - made by Wagner Carts of OH, “All Purpose” model, very good condition, incl. navigator stand & two sets of shafts, black pyramid rubber floor mat, speedometer and spares box. Was used with a 14.3 Haflinger and 15.1 Morgan.
Open Buggy- Maroon, rubber wheels, LED lights, hydraulic brakes, driven a few times, like new, very clean and well maintained.
Pleasure Wagon -  45” wide x 10’ 9” long, red with high seats, hydraulic brake, excellent condition, has tongue with two horse hitch

Consignment Drop-Off
Staff members will be present Tuesday through Thursday to help consignors unload their wares and display their goods. On Wednesday and Thursday there will be 24-hour security and on Thursday the food stand will be open from noon till dark.

2019 Consignments will be accepted:
Tues. week of the sale  8:00 am-12:00 pm*
Wed. week of the sale  8:00 am-8:00 pm
Thurs. week of the sale  8:00 am-3:00 pm (this is earlier than past years, because the auction starts @ 4:00 pm!)

ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIGNMENTS after 3:00 pm on Thursday.

MINI HORSES should be brought in Friday morning (but must be consigned by general consignment cut-off above) and they are sold in the order they’re consigned.

*Tuesday’s consignment processing will stop promptly at noon, because another organization must prepare for an event on the auction grounds on Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Need a hauler?  Call the auction office and leave a detailed message with name, address, phone, and what you need hauled.   We have a handful of dependable individuals making regular trips to and from our area at competitive rates.

*TRAILERS & RVs – Enter off N. Ronks Rd. and look for signs in the northwest area.  Remember to park close together, so we can fit lots of trailers and RVs in this section.  You are welcome to park overnight, but it is at your own risk.

WAIT TIMES
Please expect up to a 30 minute wait after purchasing items before attempting to pay for them. Our clerks work as quickly as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.

LOADING TIMES
There will be staff available to help. We have lifts available for heavy items. Small off road equipment to assist in transporting goods will be available, along with extra hands! No vehicle traffic is permitted through the auction complex before 3:00 pm Friday. Items may still be loaded during this time, but please do not disrupt the auction.

EMERGENCY WEATHER PLAN
In the event of severe weather, we suggest taking shelter in your personal vehicle.  Auction Committee is NOT responsible for any weather related accidents or damage.  They will do their best to give warning of pending bad weather.

TERMS
• This is not an absolute auction.
• Cash/check/credit card settlement on day of sale. Visa/MasterCard/Discover are accepted, subject to 2% processing fee. All checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or be given prior approval by a Sale Committee Member.
• No sales tax or buyers premiums.
• Unsettled accounts will be turned over to a bill collector.
• Owner has 2 days to remove merchandise from Sale Grounds, after which (unless other arrangements are made) the Sale Committee will dispose of items as seen fit.
• The Sale Grounds are closed on Sundays.
• Sale Committee is not responsible for the condition of any item sold. Please inspect your items before purchasing.
• Sale Committee is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or thefts that may occur on the Sale Grounds.
• Items resold privately will be subject to a commission fee.
