This is a reserve auction with the seller retaining the right to accept or refuse any and all bids. All bidders must register for this auction prior to bidding. This will be a live auction with no internet bidding.

A $10,000 per Tract non-refundable deposit shall be placed into the Wagner Realty Trust Account. Closing shall be held on or before April 1, 2019.
