Auctioneer's Note:

Mr. Love's family have been active members of the Bowling Green community for many years with strong family ties to Adair County, Kentucky.  Highly respected as a photographer and well-known as a craftsman.  Mr. Love and his wife, Irene, ran Love's Studio, a local business on the By-Pass in Bowling Green, for many years until their retirement.  Many of the items featured in this auction are family heirlooms passed down through the Love family from generation to generation , with additional items from guest consignors, private collectors who have recently moved an decided to down-size their collection.  The items featured in this auction include several original Kentucky pieces plus other period furniture, both formal and country, as well as a vast array of collectibles.  Come join us sale day at the Knicely Conference Center where it is always sunny and 70 degrees.



All bidders must register and receive a bidder's number prior to the sale.  Proper identification is required.  All payments must be cash, check or credit cards.  No purchase may be removed until PAID IN FULL.  No bidder shall retract his/her bid; all sales are final.  All items must be removed sale day.  The condition and description of each item is a guide for advertising only.  Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description of all items before bidding.  Seller and Auctioneers make no guarantees or warranties, actual or implied.  All items in this auction are being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" and with all faults.  In the event of a discrepancy between bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer is final.  Bidding increments are determined solely by the Auctioneer.  Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be collected on all purchases.  Sales tax exemption number must be presented at registration to qualify for any exemption.  By signing the bidder card, bidder acknowledges that he/she has received, read, and understands these terms and agrees to comply with and be bound by them.  All announcements sale day take precedence over advertisements.  NO BUYERS PREMIUM.
