Limited parking at auction site due to the size of this auction.  Plan to park along the road and walking if you are able. Update: We have secured two fields at the site for additional parking however you still may want to consider parking along road.

Directions from Parkersburg:  From Route 50 Turn right on WV-31 South for 7 miles then right on Pugh Hill Road for abut 3 miles.  Continue onto Oil Ridge for about a mile , then right on Branch Road at the T after the church.  Signs are posted.

General Terms: Need ID to Register CASH or Local Checks ONLY! Local defined as Wood, Ritchie or Washington Counties. All items must be removed the day of the auction.  Purchasers of vehicles & other major equipment paying CASH will receive the title and be able to take possession after the auction.  Purchasers paying with business OR personal check, seller will hold the title AND vehicle until the check clears.   No Absentee bids must be present.   Announcements made at auction take precedence over all advertisements & statements previously made.  Not Responsible for Accidents or Loss.
