A total of 10.519 acres per tax records, in 4 tax parcels, offers lots of possibilities for division.  The home is a 1539 Square foot, 3 bedroom and1 bath Brick Ranch on a full unfinished basement.  New Heat Pump and updated electric in 2017.  Property has two poultry houses (40’ x 325’) previously with Shenandoah Valley Organic.  Third poultry house is currently being used for storage and needs restoration. Property also features two wells, Propane Generator, and a large 2 story outbuilding. All attached poultry equipment conveys.
