The purchaser(s) will assume the taxes starting with the Fall 2018 installments. Possession will be immediate upon closing.  Please note that the winning bidder(s) will be allowed to begin field work immediately following the auction. This will be at buyer’s risk, and if buyer fails to close, any work or money invested will be forfeited. All mineral rights owned by the sellers will be conveyed.
