Terms & Conditions: Ted Everett Auctioneers will offer these properties at public auction on June 30th at 10:30 am. These properties will be offered as 1 parcel for each property. A $10,000 down payment is required the day of the auction as earnest money with the balance due at closing. YOUR BID IS NOT CONTINGENT UPON FINANCING. Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase and the final bid, if accepted by Seller, shall constitute a binding contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and this decision will be final. The acreages listed in this brochure are estimates taken from the county assessor’s records, FSA records and/or aerial photos. The Seller will provide the survey. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. All successful bidders must enter into a purchase agreement the day of the auction. The Seller will provide Owner’s Title Insurance Policy, and the Buyer will be responsible for a Lender’s Policy, if needed. Seller will pay prorated taxes up to the closing date, the Buyer will be responsible for all taxes thereafter. Buyer will be responsible for all closing costs. Closing shall be within 30 days of the auction date. Possession of property will be at closing.
