TERMS OF REAL ESTATE AUCTION: - $5000.00 non-refundable cashiers check made payable to Chicago Title Co. is due and payable at time of auction. Balance of purchase price due on or before August 8, 2018. Possession at closing date. Successful buyer/buyers will be required to sign a Real Estate Contract to Purchase day of auction. Buyers must register for a Bidder number w/photo ID and provide proof of funds prior to Auction. A 2% Buyer’s fee added to final sales price. Your bid at auction is not subject to financing, inspection or approvals. If financing is needed, please make all arrangements prior to bidding.
