Selling the remaining equipment from Spring Valley Farm and the wood shop and farm shop tools used by John Rudderow as well as the household and antiques from the home at 240 Elbo Lane. This family has been 7 generations in the immediate area of this auction and there is a huge variety of items. Come prepared for a full and interesting day. We will be selling from 2 different auction block so bring a friend!

Will include a one owner late 1971 model JD 3020 w/ syncro trans, on 16.9 X 34 rear tires @ 70% tread and only 6100 hours; Sold new by Woodhull Equip;  # 46 loader w/ hyd valves and bucket; selling separately;  and just after the loader is a set of factory pallot forks, and factory angle blade to fit the loader; Tractor has been used the last few years as a snow plow and we will be selling the custom built heavy duty steel  mounting frame and like new 8' 6" power angle Meyers snow blade which will be right after the tractor.  This plow will mount on many pickup's as well;  There is a factory top-link, set of starter weights and 3 slab wts; these will also be sold after the tractor; JD 709 3 pt rotary mower, in excellent condition;  Ford 3 pt  8' flail mower; Some antique farm equipment. RARE and Unique JD # 202-H  2-X, 2 way  hydraulic trailer plow,  measures as 15" furrow, restored to good as new condition! Mountville 2 hole wooden corn sheller;  US Motors generator unit w/4 cyl, flathead  gasoline engine, 10 KW older unit but was used in the last 12 years;  Onan  propane powered Electric Plant, 5KW (self contained gen set) There will be lots of ag and farm life related antiques to be sold!
An old and original #3 Farm bell, mfg by C. S. Bell Co. from Hillsboro, Ohio  measures 12" H X 18" diameter and sells with a vertical mount #3 Crystal metal bracket;  Old hand operated well pump; Nice group of tractor and transportation literature from the early 1900's as well as manuals and books up through the mid 1970's
