Down Payment: $7,000 down payment day of auc-tion upon signing of Confirmation of Sale Agree-ment; balance due at closing. Bidding IS NOT CON-DITIONAL UPON FINANCING.
Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to date of closing using long proration method.
Closing Date: On/before July 11, 2018. Purchaser will pay customary portion of closing costs at clos-ing. Closing will be transacted by Home Site Title Agency unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.
Possession: Date of closing.
