The property on Cedar Creek Rd is within the city limits and has over 233 ± ft. of road frontage. This portion of the property is zoned commercial and has a building with a stove, walk-in cooler, deep fryer & other equipment.

The balance of the land is not in the city limits and is classified as agricultural and forest. The Parcel ID’s for both are 0446-70-3900 & 0446-81-2075 and will be sold as one unit.
