ORDER OF AUCTION:  Each unit will be offered individually.  Each high bid for each parcel will be held until all 6 parcels are offered.


The auction will then recess to determine whether the reserve will be lifted or remain on each individual parcel.


After recess, the decision will be announced on each parcel.  At that time each parcel will be offered individually for a final time.
