METHOD & TERMS

Tract 1 will sell for a lump sum total dollar amount. Tract 2 will sell on a price per acre basis, based on the number of surveyed acres to calculate the final price. Tracts will be sold individually and not combined and will sell in numerical order beginning with Tract 1.  Ten percent (10%) down payment due on day of auction upon signing a written purchase agreement immediately following the close of bidding.  Balance to be paid upon delivery of merchantable abstract and deed with a proposed closing date of July 2, 2018. Possession will be given at closing.  The real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing based on the last available tax statement and all prior taxes. The down payment may be paid in the form of cash, personal check, business check or cashier’s check.
