PAYMENT AND PICKUP: Payment and pickup is Thursday April 19th (the day after the auction ends) from 4:00-7:00 pm at 5 Caswell Street, Afton. Cash and Checks are the accepted forms of payment for this auction. We will not be able to take credit cards. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Bainbridge Facility, they will have to be moved and charges commensurate with time and labor for our staff to move the item(s) to Bainbridge will be added. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. 1a - 5 pc. Oak Dinette Set Table and 4 chairs. Also has an 18" leaf. Table diameter is 40". Pedestal base. Good condition.
2 - Ethan Allen Sofa 82" long.
3 - Maple Drop-leaf Stand 2 drawers. Top w/ leaves down is 18" square. Each leaf is 9". Finish on top isn't perfect, but in overall good condition.
4 - Maple Coffee Table 36" diameter, 20" high, good condition
5 - Maple Dough Box 28"x23"x18" Each side lifts up and it has a magazine rack in the front.
6 - Swivel Rockers Structurally sound, but each shows wear and staining on upholstery. 33" across the arms
