Seller to pay 2017 taxes due in 2018.  Buyer to assume all subsequent taxes & assessments.  The 2017

taxes totaled approx. $1750.00.


Bidding is not contingent on financing. Ten percent (10%) nonrefundable deposit to be paid day of

auction, with the balance due at closing. Closing will take place within 15 days after presentation of

insurable title.  Possession will be given at the time of closing. 


If buyer desires earlier possession to facilitate timely planting of the 2018 crop, he may do so by

paying an additional 5% of the purchase price along with signing a “Temporary Use Prior to 

Closing”  agreement.
