(From Paris, Mo. go south 2 1/2  miles on Hwy. 15 to Hwy. KK turn left and go east 2 miles to MCR 715 turn left and go north ¼ mile to the property on the left.



The real estate is consisting of a single 6.56 acre tract of land and a beautiful 2,560 sq.ft. ranch style home, located in Township 54, Range 10, Section 36 in Monroe County MO

    The house has a large kitchen with built-in wooden cabinets, Formica rolled top counters with a 4” back splash, dining room, large family/living room, 4 bedrooms including a master bath and walk-in closets, The home also has an extra wide hallway, and extra wide steps that access the full unfinished concrete basement. TERMS: 10% down payment due at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due at closing in 30 days or less. Possession will be given 15 days after closing. The cost of the title search, process, and title insurance will be split 50/50 between the seller and the buyer. The 2018 real estate property taxes will be pro-rated to date of closing.

    The Hendren’s have a late model outside wood furnace hooked to their house, it will not convey with the property, instead it will be removed before closing.

NOTE:  In the southeast corner of this property is a 200’ x 123’ parcel of land that has been surveyed off and retained by a local family for a private burial site.  This parcel will not be conveyed with the Hendren property.
