Townville Station, LLC SCAF # 4084, R Dwayne Johnson, SCAL # 4637, SC Realtor # 104448, and Lake Hartwell Properties are pleased to conduct this Auction on behalf of the Chevis I Boozer Jr. Chevis is a long time member of the Mauldin SC community and we will offer at AUCTION the House/Real Estate located at 98 Salado Lane, Mauldin, SC 29662 on March 22, 2018 at 12 PM. Tax Map # M004050102000.

 Preview will be March 21, 2018 from 9 am until 4 pm, by appointment, or at OPEN HOUSE, scheduled for March 11, 2018 from 1 PM until 4 PM. 

We will add pictures and catalog as soon as weather permits. This sale will be conducted Rain or Shine, at 98 Salado Lane, Mauldin SC 29662. Just off Miller Road and Old Mill Road. Parking is limited, please do not block driveways when parking along the streets.

Terms are 10% buyers premium which will be added to the final bid price to create the CONTRACT price. All sales are FINAL and sold AS-IS with no warranty or guarantees of any kind. SELLER will pay for a CL-100 Letter, BUYER will pay ALL CLOSING COSTS. Closing is required to be completed within 30 days of AUCTION completion. As soon as the contract price is awarded, the BUYER will make a 10% earnest money deposit immediately payable to the LAWRENCE LAW FIRM, LLC, 409 Pettigru Street, Greenville, SC 29601. This will be FORFEITED in full if CLOSING is not completed within the 30 day required time frame. All bidders must be preregistered by the AUCTION COMPANY.

This auction will be completed close to 12 pm NOON as soon as possible immediately following the personal property on the day of the sale.

Broker acknowledges all of the following: The property will be shown by the buyer’s broker (or a sales associate of the buyer’s broker) to the bidder at least 48 hours prior to the auction, and the broker or sales associate will be in attendance with bidder during the auction or has Power of Attorney to bid and purchase the property. No commission will paid to any broker participating in the purchase of the property as a principal or joint party in the transaction (including being a part of an LLC or Corporation).
