This is sale was scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd, but is now the 9th and 10th due to the storm.

A note to people that usually follow my sales on Cape Cod.  If you like antiques, and especially lots of smalls, garage items and tools, then this sale is worth making the trip off Cape.

The photos picture only a small amount of the material in this house.  It is spread over three buildings.  There is a main house, a three car garage and a work shop with many tools.  The large item for sale is a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Mini Van.  Includes books, china, glass, artwork, lots of small antiques, pottery, kitchen items, vintage wood, garage items, yard items, figurines, tools, lots of electrical pieces like switches, fuses, etc (he worked on radios), and much, much more.  Lots of digging here!   All priced to sell.

The car is going to be $13,500 (certified check only).  The Kelly Blue Book  is $18,500.

The former owner did smoke, which is why I am pricing it well below KBB (and also at an attractive price to get it sold)

It starts up and runs fine.  It was used by the former owner up until the time that he passed away.  He only owned it for about 9 months before he died.

It does not have plates on it anymore however.  Because it is not legal to drive it on the street, the bank (which is handling the estate) has stated that it can't be test driven (liability issues).  Mechanically it should be fine, however,  you might want to bring somebody that knows cars to look it over as I can't guarantee anything.  The car is sold "as is, where is".

This Sale Rating:  Silver / Gold for Quality, Gold for Quantity

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum.

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone.

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

There is parking next to the house. Please leave room on the street leading up to the house to get cars through.   If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

MA Auctioneer License:

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
