Terms:  Successful purchaser to pay 10% down day of auction with the balance due on or before December 11, 2009, or within 15 days of delivery of the title commitment, whichever is later.
Taxes:  Real estate taxes to be prorated to day of closing, if applicable.
Final Bid:  Property to sell subject to the final confirmation of the Putnam County Commissioners.
Possession:  Purchaser to have possession day of closing, subject to tenant’s rights.  Putnam County has 180 days from the day of auction to remove the old jail from the property, at Putnam County’s expense.
