PARCEL #3 - +/-58.674 acres on Jericho Rd. being approx. the westerly half of the entire 116.674 acre farm. There is approx. 815’ of road frontage which includes approx. 35’ of driveway on the SE corner that would NOT require a culvert or bridge for access to the farm.
