Parcel 2. 43.741 Acres being surveyed acres in the N Pt of Sec. 12 Biglick Twp. Hancock Co. w/ good access from TR 210 & CR 11. There is a gas line running through the farm.

Parcel 3. 53.627 Acres being surveyed acres in the S Pt of Sec. 12 Biglick Twp. Hancock Co. w/ good access from CR 11 containing approx. 15.44 acres of woods.
