DOWNPAYMENT: The high bidder shall sign a Contract To Purchase and make a down payment of 10% of the contract amount immediately at the conclusion of the auction. The down payment will be accepted by cash or check. Purchaser shall also sign the “Personal Demand Note” for the full contract purchase amount. The property is selling in its as is condition.
CLOSING & POSSESSION: Closing for this property shall be on or before December 11th, 2009 Time is of the essence.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A Standard ten percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid to determine the purchase amount.
