Terms on Equipment:  Cash, Check w/ Valid NC Driver’s License – All Sales Final & All Items Sold As-Is.

Terms on Real Estate:  $10,000.00 cashier’s check made out to Bidder is required to register at the auction.  If you are the successful Bidder, check will be signed over as part or all of your down payment of if not high Bidder immediately returned.  Successful Bidders will deposit 10% of the contract purchase price at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, company or personal check, sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing not to exceed 30 days from date of auction.  10% buyer’s premium will be added to bid price to become contract purchase price.
