Select Tract Auction Method: The property will be offered using our Select Tract Auction Method. Each tract will be offered individually, then in combination as the bidders desire. All bidders will have the opportunity to bid on any individual tract or combination at any time throughout the auction. The sale will conclude when all the competitive bidding has been exhausted.

SUMMARY OF TERMS: No Buyer’s Premium! A 5% deposit will be required as earnest money from all successful bidders. This may be in the form of a personal or business check. The balance will be due and payable within 45 days, or as soon as possible following the completion of any necessary survey/subdivision work. Purchaser(s) will be provided with evidence of marketable title. Purchaser(s) will assume the real estate taxes beginning with the Spring 2010 installments. Possession will be immediate upon closing. The property is not being offered subject to financing, so please visit your lender prior to the auction. All the mineral rights owned by the sellers will be included in the sale.
