Pursuant to the terms of those certain Decrees of Sale from the Circuit Court of the City of Hopewell, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate, in the City Council Chambers, 3rd floor of the Municipal Building at 300 N. TERMS OF SALE: All sales are subject to the approval of the Circuit Court. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid and will become a part of the total sales price on each property. The highest bidder shall deposit twenty percent (20%) of its bid, or Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, whichever is more, which sum shall be credited to the purchase price at closing.  All deposits must be in the form of cash, traveler’s check, bank certified check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted.
