Tract #1 & #2 will be offered as individual tracts and offered as an entirety as Tract #3.
The property will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sale price, subject to approval of seller.

POSSESSION: Purchaser's Possession on each tract will be delivered upon day of final closing. The sale of the Real Estate shall be subject to the current Tenants Rights for the 2017 Crop Year. 100% Possession for 2018 Crop Year to Buyer.

CLOSING REQUIREMENTS: Closing of this Real Estate shall occur on or before January 15, 2018 with Title Company/Bank Closing Fee and Survey cost to be shared equally between the Buyer and Seller.
