TITLE & CLOSING: You will be receiving a Marketable/Insurable Title. Closing will take place at Lawyers Title Chardon Ohio. Buyer will pay all the closing cost and six months accrued taxes.  Must close on Property on or before 30 days from Sellers / Geauga County Court of Common Pleas Approval. Financing is the buyers obligation as you should be pre-approved before bidding as there are no financing or inspections contingencies or other delays allowed.
