This auction is a United States Federal Bankruptcy auction of (2) parcels of land located on/off of Mt. Misery Road in Leland, NC. The parcels will be offered individually and/or combined at the discretion of the auctioneer. The auction will be held on location at the intersection of Arden Rd, NE and Mt Misery Road (across from the new Monkey Junction Self Storage).

TRACT 1 - 10.45+/- acres of undeveloped land. The property has a large amount of frontage on Mt Misery Road as well as frontage on Arden Rd. Arden rd is heavily developed into residential lots and the frontage could possibly be sold as residential lots. The entire parcel is high visibility from the main road.

TRACT 2 - 38.59+/- acres located off of Mt Misery Rd. This property is located on the left at the end of the gravel drive adjacent to "Tract 1". The property is located behind the mobile home park (can be seen from the end of each of the mobile home park streets) and behind the Coca Cola distributing company (Merchantile Drive) and behind the "Food Lion Shopping Center". The property contains a large pond, formerly a sand mine on about 1/3 of the property. We don not currently have any information as to the status of any mining permits for this parcel.
