Farm #1 (80+/- Acres with 2 Homes & Livestock Sales/Auction Facility, Garfield Co., OK):  This 80 +/- acres is conveniently located along US 81, just 4 miles north of SH 45 & US 81 (north of Enid). The main home is a 2,625 +/- sq. ft. ranch style, brick home comprised of 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Principal soil types are Port silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class II; Reinach very fine sandy loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; McLain silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; Dale silt loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; and Kirkland silt loam, 1-3% slopes, class II; and small amounts of McLain Drummond complex; Pond Creek silt loam; Lela clay and Keokuk loam. The balance of the farm is native grass pasture which appears to be fenced.  There is a nice sized pond and good highway access from US 81.
