METHOD OF SALE: Green Auction will offer this property as five (5) separate tracts and will then be offered in combination.  Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase and the final bid, if accepted by the Sellers, shall constitute a binding contract between the Buyer(s) and the Sellers. All bids are subject to seller approval.  All successful bidders will enter into a purchase agreement immediately following the conclusion of bidding. 

ACREAGE, SURVEY & TITLE: The acreages reflected in this brochure are estimates taken from the County Assessor’s records. Final acreages will be determined by survey to be provided by the Sellers.  Sellers will provide an Owner’s Title insurance Policy to Buyer(s).  The Title Company closing fee shall be split equally between the buyer and seller.  Each buyer is responsible for a Lender’s Policy, if needed.
