Description of the Property

The Auction includes approximately 80 acres to be sold in 1 Parcel to the High Bidder at Absolute Public Auction. SPECIAL VIEWING, Sunday Afternoon--Nov 12 from 1-2 PM at the property. We will be on hand with ATV to give a guided tour and have available maps, FSA information, tile commitment & contracts. We will be near the big sign along Voges road

10% Down on Day of Auction as non-refundable earnest money, possession and balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, balance due at closing in approximately 30 days. Taxes prorated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure. Possession immediate upon closing, open tenancy for 2018. The land is available for Spring Planted 2018 Crops. The land has not been surveyed. You are buying the land in it’s as-is present condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Any Owner’s Mineral Rights will be passed to the new buyer.
