Auction Terms

The successful bidder(s) will pay ten percent (10%) of purchase price as down payment; enter into a written purchase agreement. Tract 2 will close on or before December 15, 2017, Tracts 1 & 3 will close on or before January 5, 2018. Seller will furnish title insurance in the amount of the purchase price. Subject to general real estate taxes for the year 2017, due and payable in 2018, to be paid by Buyer who shall receive credit against the sale price at the time of closing, based on the best information available.
