TERMS OF SALE:  All sales are subject to confirmation by the Court. The highest bidder shall deposit twenty percent (20%) of its bid, or One Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, whichever is more, which sum shall be credited to the purchase price at closing.  Payment of the deposit shall be made by check, cash, cashier's check or certified check.  A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium will be added to the highest bid and will be part of the total sales price.
