Mega Multi Estate Antiques, Art and Quality Furniture

  A mega-sale filled with quality antiques from several estates.  We're packed!  Ordered another 40 ft sea container to hold more goods!  

Furniture at 10 am:

  Chests of drawers, Sumter Furniture Bedroom suite, Eastlake bookshelves, Drexel Japanese dining room set with hutch, server, table and 8 chairs, Japanese cocktail table and two end tables, American Drew secretary desk, curio cabinet, Japanese credenza, Regency style gilt mirror.

  A Fine Japanese MOP barrel top desk with gallery, a four tier wrought iron stand with ceramic flower decoration, lighted with mirror at base.

  Antique roll top desk, marble top chest, long slant top teachers/clerks desk, antique cedar bench table, period one drawer stand, carpenter's tool box.

  Henredon bedroom suite with long chest, armoire, headboard and two end tables. Nice pair of Simmons couches.

  Antique oak multi drawer lingerie chest.  Oak 3 drawer chest. Blanket chest with til.

  Many more pieces too numerous to mention!  The furniture room is packed!!!

The Showroom at 12 pm:

  KPM mid 19th century blue and white porcelain charger of Leonardo Da Vinci with Konigliche Porzellan paper label, KPM mark, and all provenance.

  Belleek hand painted tall pitcher with a scene of happy monks with their brews.

  19th century Copeland Spode blue jasper bowl in a Wedgwood manner.  Set of 6 Meissen plates.  

  19th century hand forged cast iron door locks, a sat iron trivet and small cauldron pots.

  A 1796 sampler by Hannah Garretson with the alphabet and numbers.  A late 19th century bronze sculpture of a speckled salamander.

  Civil War:
  A rare U.S. M-1839 Baby Dragoon U.S. Belt Plate, A U.S. Enlisted Man's Belt Plate, a Civil War Staff Cuff Button-Excelsior Eagle Button with 13 stars. A Civil War era fife with German silver ferrules.

   A 1892 GAR veteran's miniature canteen-a memento of the 25th anniversary of the end of the Civil War.

  Advertising crates including Ivory Soap and Western Cartridge.

  Numerous crystal and slag chandeliers and sconces from the Mildred Cunningham estate in East Fallowfield.

  Four large 19th century locomotive steam whistles.

  A 35 inch tall Alt, Beck and Gottschalk doll with 1362 head, sleepy eyes, open mouth with teeth. An early rag doll and some large doll clothes.

  A Salesman's sample of electric wall plates circa 1900-1910 in a fabric roll up pouch.

  A Wild and Wessel adjustable brass Aladdin-style Student lamp with green shade-not electrified.  21" high x 9" long. The knob for the burner reads "The Brilliant 1880".

  Incredible pocket watches:

  A rare circa 1685 English verge fusee sterling silver pocket watch, pair case, gilded full plate, elaborately pierced and engraved balance cock in a floral and shell motif. Chased by hand, roman numerals with a single hour hand.  Signed Williamson, Lancashire.

  A circa 1840's English verge fusee sterling silver pocket watch, pair case, signed H. Bullingford, London, 9261.  Within the outer watch case two paper watchmaker inserts, one from Benjamin S Clark, Wilmington, De dated by hand 1881 on the reverse and the second from Alex R Patterson, Wilmington, De.  Both watchmakers had their businesses on Market Street.

  Wonderful pressed steel trucks by BuddyL-Model, Wyandotte, Tonka, Structo and Nylint, a collection of early cap guns and BB and air rifles. A large collection of Lesney cars and trucks, Matchbox by Lesney and Ralstoy. A super V.F.D. Hook & Ladder No.9 Firetruck.

  A 1930's hand made table top spring loaded wood cased marble game of skill.

  A collection of tintypes and ambrotypes, Roseville and Hull pottery.  Many wonderful antique painted primitives-a large green bucket, a whirligig of a woman churning butter, a standing metal chicken.

  Rare 1975 Topps sports card baseball and football complete sheets-uncut.  Many HOF players! Pete Rose, Don Baylor, Lyle Alzado, Ted Hendricks.

  Two handmade child size wood buckboards/wagons.  Very authentic with wood spoke wheels in green paint.

  Lladro and Nao figurines, Waterford crystal, antique bisque figurines.

  Two hand carved bird figurines by Frank Manspeaker of sandpipers and the other of chickadees. Mr Manspeaker competed in the 1979 Wildfowl Carving Competition of the Tee Ward Foundation and won in the novice class.

  WWI posters "Ammunition! And remember Bonds Buy Bullets", Beat Back the Hun with Liberty Bonds". An E Pluribus Unum Victory + Peace Welcome Home flag.

  Early 20th century celluloid Santa with sleigh and reindeer.  An Irwin Toys Santa's Reindeer Barn in its original box. A hand forged cast iron Christmas tree stand.

  A Thorens windup music box, a collection of salt and peppers featuring black memorabilia, animals and other subjects.

  A small standing child/baby size dress form of fabric over a wood base, antique hand stitched antique quilts with star patterns and others.

  RS Prussia porcelains, a Metal Ware working steam engine, a blue glass seltzer bottle from the Aetna Bottling Co, Eddystone, Pa.

  A collection of Charles Chips tins, crocks and jugs some blue decorated, American Flyer and other sleds. 

  An enormous collection of ephemera including day books, ledgers, advertising, deeds, wills, indentures, post cards, Bibles, photo albums, travel brochures and more!!

  A hand made table top carousel with horses that go up and down, switchable flashing and steady lights.  A grandfather had made it as a gift to his grandchildren.  Its very cool, whimsical and unusual.  See the photos.
