Order of Auction - Antiques & Collectibles first, followed by shop machinery and larger architectural collectibles, then "fixer-upper" furniture (buyer's choice section), and lastly, big box and tarp lots of collectibles, etc.

Directions- By Interstate Rt. 80 from all points East and West, take the Tannersville Exit (PA 715). Follow PA 715 SOUTH 8 miles to Smith Hill Road and turn LEFT. Follow Smith Hill about 1 mile, bear left on Heritage Lane and proceed to auction site. From Lehigh Valley,follow PA 33 North to the Brodheadsville/Lehighton Exit. Follow U.S. 209 into Brodheadsville, turning right (North) on PA 715 at WAWA store. Proceed North on PA 715 3.5 miles, then right on Smith Hill Rd. and proceed as above. From Wilkes Barre area, use PA 115 South into Brodheadsville, then 2 quick lefts (U.S. 209 and PA 715), and proceed as above. From Lehighton area, take U.S. 209 into Brodheadsville, bear left onto PA 715 at WAWA and proceed as above.
