predictions over the last 24 hours, which have not changed, we will be 
postponing the auction for the Estate of Laura M. Hager, Dec'd.
to TUESDAY, AUGUST 8 beginning at 10:00 AM
The forecast is calling for rain beginning early Monday morning through 
the day, heavy at times w/thunder storms in the afternoon.  Given the
prediction we feel it is in everyone's best interest to reschedule to the
