tractors on display to remind you of the good old days!

MILITARY SALUTE!


To honor the brave men and women of our Military, both past and present, we will have a special Military Salute beginning at approximately 11:45 am.  If you are a veteran or are currently serving in the U.S. military, we would be honored by your presence.  A patriotic red, white and blue vintage quilt will be auctioned as a remembrance of those who sacrificed for our freedom! 

The SILENT and LIVE AUCTIONS will beckon you with so many fun and interesting items, you'll need to allow plenty of time to preview them all! 
The SILENT AUCTION will run from 11 am to 2:00 pm and the
LIVE AUCTION
will begin at 12:00 Noon.  You will need to register for a
Bidding Number for either auction.  Registration begins at 10:00 am. 
Driver's license required.

Topping the list in this year's LIVE AUCTION
is a 1940 Farmall-H Tractor and a "like-new" Cub Cadet Lawn Mower!
We're known for our beautifully hand-stitched quilts, and you won't be disappointed this year, as there are a total of five quilts in the auction.  There will be a beautiful navy blue & white "Triple Irish Chain" pattern quilt with "Star" quilting.  This quilt was quilted by our St. John's quilters specifically as a salute to our Veteran's!  The proceeds from the sale of this quilt, plus any add-on's will be donated to "Home for our Troops".  Other quilts include an antique "Lone Star Eye Dazzler" red, white & blue quilt; and other vintage unwashed quilts.   We also have a darling "Brown-Bear" crib-quilt with accompanying book which would make a perfect gift for that little someone in your family or someone
"expected" to join your family soon...
**Worthington Mower:  For heavy duty mowing or managing your turf farm.  Powered by a 42 horsepower 4-speed Ford engine, multi-reel mowing machine with a 12 foot cut and enclosed cab.

a striking hand-carved eagle's head fashioned by one of our own St. John's members; hand-crafted jewelry.  There's a peach basket package which includes home-made peach jelly and freshly canned peaches!  And who wouldn't love
the taste of fresh home-grown sweet corn all year long without the work? 
You'll have the opportunity to purchase 20 bags of freshly frozen sweet corn
from a farm not too far from here to enjoy when the winter snows are
flying!  Also home-made wine and baked goods!  And perfect for the kids,
a home-made folding covered sandbox for the backyard.
