(disregard road closed sign if still there) go short distance and turn right onto Spring Meadow Lane and then first chance left onto Carol Drive, farm drive is approx 200 yds further in and to the left. Farm Equipment: International 460 gas w/ New Idea # 504 loader, Fast Hitch, P Steering, front and rear wheel weights, on like new 13.6 x 28 inch rear tires and excellent front tires;  Farmall Cub, with hyd and 1 X plow, cultivators and a set of workers:  Ford 9N runs and operates;  3 pt Land Pride finishing mower 72" width; JD 506 5' Bushhog style 3 pt mower; JD 2 X 14" 3 pt trip plow';  6' 3 pt back blade; 2) flat bed hay wagons on older running gears, beds are 7' X 16';  New Idea 12A manure spreader works fine looks good; New Idea spreader turned into a cart; Dunham 8' cultipacker, 28 blade drag disc; tire chains; several sets of adapters to mount three point equipment onto a fast hitch tractor; one bottom walking plow by B F Avery and Sons, with slatted  bottom,  rare to see one and its in nice condition;

Equine equipment;  Round Pen, 60 Feet in Diameter, 6’ wide x 92” tall gate, 14 sections – 6’ high x 12’ long 5 bar built by Aarons welding;  Unique antique sleigh from Poland must be seen to fully appreciate the workmanship that went into its construction , Ann found this sleigh while she and Walt were living in Poland and they had it imported in 1999, sells with the import papers, very heavy construction, and with side runners (tree bumpers) to protect the sled from trees when traveling in wooded area's, the wrought iron and blacksmith work on this sleigh is amazing. is in excellent condition for its age and most likely is more than 75 years old, and quite possibly 150 years old;; 2)  Easy Entry Meadow Brook carts,  #1)  Easy Entry Meadow Brook Cart, built for horse of 15-16 hands, Wheel diameter is 48”, Shaft Length is 81”,  has Hydraulic Brakes  #2) Pony size (13 hands) by Shady Lane Wagons from N. Holland,Wheel diameter is 36”, Shaft Length is 68” both carts are in like new condition;  approx 35) rubber stall mat's most are 4' x 6' , a  few are 4' X 5' and some have been trimmed to fit; electric fence tape;  aprox  200 packages of shavings by D&S and Jack Lyons Premier w/ 3.25 cubic feet per bag;  4 metal and 3 wooden gates; Fancy Carriage believed to be made in New England, Has been restored and upgraded with hydraulic  brakes and automotive wheel bearings,  Shaft length 78”,   Front Wheel Diameter is 40”, Rear Wheel Diameter is 46”,  Undercut,  Brakes, Center line width between wheels is 57”,  Front seats rotate to face rear seat, and this  Carriage can be hauled in bed of long bed pickup (tail gate down,front wheels in front of wheel wells, rear wheels behind wheel wells) Carriage has been used once since the restoration!; The set of 4 wheels removed from this carriage (rubber cushioned) will be sold after the carriage is sold. these are in very good condition but are bushing style wheels; 1976 Shoop, Horse trailer, Electric brakes, recently inspected,  Height inside - 7'-3";  (5+) English saddles. one is a Stubben Sigfried extra 18-1/2 inch saddle  (1) western saddle; Barn horse stall doors, metal stall guards, tack and horse related equipment; Monty Roberts training halters;
