6% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction onsite.  7% Buyer's Premium in effect for online.  Property to be sold subject to owner confirmation. 
 Property will sell on "as is" basis. 

Pre-fabricated steel construction, insulated, modern office, sprinkler system, partially air conditioned manufacturing area, dock, drive-in garage doors, heavy 3-phase electric, city utilities, asphalt paved parking area, 480' road frontage on US Highway 51N.

Terms:  $50,000.00 down payment day of the sale in cash or certified funds.  A 6% buyers premium will be added to the high bid to determine contract price.  High bidder will be required to sign a "contract to purchase" for the amount at the sale's conclusion.  Balance will be due at the closing within 60 days of the auction.  Taxes will be prorated.
