45 X 90 dismantled building, wooden truss construction with Aluminum roofing and siding, originally had 10' doors, has been stored inside of two van trailers since tear down.
This is a former Agway storage building measured 45' by 90' which was in very nice condition when Juan came upon it. He paid a crew of guys to tear it down with plans to put it back up on his property. It was put into two 48' trailers at the time of tear down and has been there for the last few years. Has never been  exposed to weather since teardown. Trusses seem fine. And everything to put back up is to be there. Doors were 10 feet high and we can only estimate the eaves to have been approx 12' high  'The aluminum roofing and siding was saved and seems to be in excellent condition, see the pics. looks like the lighting fixtures and some other pieces were salvaged as well and if they are in the trailer they will go along. We are going to offer this building with delivery available by Juan, first 10 miles are free and after that $2.00 per mile within a reasonable radius of the auction. Or you can buy the trailers the building is in, and store them till you decide to erect the building. And or if you wish to have them transferred onto your trucks onsite we will provide the lift and you can supply the manpower. Which ever route is chosen the trailers must be able to leave the property within 2 weeks unless further arrangements are made with Juan
We would like that you come early and inspect this building and let us know which method of  possesion you prefer will make this possible with a phone call.

The trailers will either be sold after the building or combined with depending on situation and customers requests.  Buyer of building will have an option to buy the trailers or unload trailers with in two weeks; Juan has some print outs of the trusses.
