From rare New Brunswick, NJ post marks from 18th century to present to a collection of Vatican stamps spanning the past 100+ years!


This is a very nice collection of very fine stamps mostly unused. There is a large variety and mix of times, rarity, singles, blocks and sheets. All but a few are mint or very fine with full gum. The amount of early New Brunswick postage and cancels cannot be counted. They begin in the late 1700’s and end in the mid-20th century. It is an overview of the postal history of New Brunswick, almost all are written on wonderful letters from the time period. Please check out the photos for a complete look at how much is truly there. In addition to this wonderful group is a large collection of Papal stamps. It begins in the mid 1800’s and goes all the way up to present day. This is a sale not to be missed.



Coins/Money –


In the collection of William Kazar was a large collection of Vatican coins all in very nice condition. He was a large collection of Vatican items including stamps and coins. The collection by no means ends there. There is a nice collection of Spanish and Mexican Reales, ancient Roman coins including Constantine I, and a Corinth silver state Pegasus/Athena – 375BC. There are many early American coins such as a 1799 Liberty silver dollar, beautiful shield nickels, half cents, half dimes, flying eagles, 3 cent pieces, large cents, and beautiful Indian head pennies in wonderful condition. There is an 1858 Ecuador Republic 5 Francos in very nice condition, early colonial currency including a colony of New Jersey July 2, 1746 3-pound note, a colony of New Jersey July 2, 1746 30-shilling note, a Maryland March 1, 1770 $2 note, and a Pennsylvania April 10, 1777 6 pence note. There are many silver certificates, Hawaii notes, star notes, large notes and so much more.

There are many fantastic historical items up for auction. Starting with a circa 1860 Pennsylvania National Guard button, a large grouping of NJ Essex Troop buttons, a 1st NJ Cavalry marked ink well, an E A Crossman, Newark, NJ cap box stamped JC Miller US Ord Dept Sub Inspector that is in excellent condition, both volumes of Stryker’s Record of Officers and Men of NJ in the Civil War – signed on the inside cover by Captain Owen H Day 15th NJ Co I, a NASA booklet signed in marker Neil Armstrong, New Brunswick and civil war tokens, and much more.
