The balance of the bid price will be due on delivery of deed on or about January 21, 2017, at which time full possession will be given. All real estate taxes due will be prorated and paid by the Seller day of closing. This property is taxed under CAUV and any change in land use resulting in a CAUV recoupment is not to be a seller responsibility.  The Executor of the Stamm Estate offers this farm with confirmation and “as is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
