A large Longaberger Holiday Hostess Sleigh Bell basket. The basket is round, doubled handled, with a green and red stripe from 1994. This basket is approx. 11 1/2" tall, 16 1/2" in diameter and is in good condition. This would be great to add to your collection or to display it in your home this Holiday Season.

2.

A nice berry swag that is approx. 52” long. This would be great to incorporate it with a centerpiece, on your banister, or display it on your mantel with candles.

3.

A unique wreath made of Indian corn that is approx. 15" in diameter. This would be perfect for your fall decorations.

4.

A group of two primitive style candle holders that are wooden, have metal caps on each end in a brass finish, and the feet are wrought iron. The candle holders are approx. 3” tall and 10 1/2" long. These would look nice on your mantel and you could incorporate the berry swag from item #2 in this catalog.

A group of two vintage 1 1/2 cup Pyrex refrigerator boxes with lids from the 1950's/1960's. The orange refrigerator box has no color loss and the red box has a slight color loss around the rim. There are no chips or cracks on the boxes or lids.

A group of three Fiesta cups and saucers in the color of orange, yellow, and turquoise marked Homer Laughlin China Co. Genuine Fiesta USA LLA Lead Free from 1997. There are no chips or cracks on either cups or saucers.

A group of four vintage books. There is “Navarre of the North”, copyright 1930. A Readers Digest with multiple stories from 1952. “The Foxes of Harrow”, copyright 1946, “The Last Angry Man”, copyright 1956, the first few pages are torn and some pages are tapped.

A beautiful Native American print named “Tomorrows Child” by Ioyan Mani/ Maxine Noel. It is doubled matted, in a wooden frame with a white wash finish. Maxine Noel signs her artwork with her Sioux name IOYAN MANI, which translates as “Walk Beyond”. Maxine was born in the Canadian province of Manitoba of Santee Oglala Sioux parents. She spent her early childhood on her mother's reserve but at the age of six she left to attend an Indian residential school. Maxine's early career as a legal secretary was soon overshadowed by her preoccupation with painting and drawing. She took a course in advanced design where a teacher noticed Maxine's tendency toward linear expression and encouraged her in the use of shape and line to suggest movement. She learned those lessons well as evidenced by much of her work today. Since those early days Maxine has mastered the skills of painting and drawing plus the processes of serigraphy, etching and stone lithography. Recently she has turned her talents to the creation of editions in cast paper and limited edition bronze castings. Approx. 13x15

An antique wooden rocker with a spindle back rest, spindle sides, and a very thin wooden seat. The rocker does show some wear and has had some repairs. Measuring from the outside of the arms the rocker is approx. 26" wide and 35” tall.

A wooden table with spindle style legs and two slanted shelves. The table is approx. 25 1/2" tall, 26” long, and 14 1/2" deep. This would be perfect to display your magazines or books on.

A group of two decorative items. There is a large resin pear and a resin bunch of grapes marked made in China. The pear is approx. 9” tall and the grapes are approx. 6” tall.

A group of three decorative sunflower pieces. There is a battery operated wooden clock that will need a battery. A tin decorative pitcher and a resin wall hanging. The clock is approx. 13 1/2" in diameter. The pitcher is approx. 11” tall and the wall hanging is 6x8.

A group of Native American decorative items. The plate is signed by the artist and is approx. 6 1/2". There are two sand art pieces which one is called “Yellow Corn”. The Navajo medicine man used this corn as a tribal visual prayer blessing and is by Sheep Spring that is approx. 3 1/2"x9”. The blessing ceremony included rubbing white corn powder along the door frame, floor and ceiling of the Hogan/tepee. Arrowheads, one white and one red, were also submerged in a bowl of water, which was later passed around for all to drink. Yellow corn powder and smoke from cedar were also utilized during the blessing ceremony. The other sand art piece is named "The End of the Trail" which is approx. 4x5. The End of the Trail is a sculpture located in Waupun, Wisconsin, United States. It depicts an American Indian brave hanging limp as his horse comes to an abrupt halt just prior to momentum carrying him over an unseen precipice. The sense of an instantaneous stop was created by showing the horse's back legs as airborne, as well as his tail and the brave's ponytails rushing forward.

A set of two resin Tranquil Splendor pieces by Enesco from 2002. There is an Angel figurine that appears to be missing her flute and is approx. 7 1/2" tall. Also there is a matching candle holder with an Angel on the side playing a flute that is approx. 4 1/2" tall.

There are two sand art pieces that are both signed by the artist and are approx. 8 x 8. The piece on the left is a food jar that is used in many special Indian ceremonies. The piece on the right is called "Rainbow People". The Rainbow prophecy, as it has come to be known, refers to the keepers of the legends, rituals, and other myths that will be needed when the time comes to restore the health on Earth. It is believed that these legendary beings will return on a day of awakening, when all people will unite and create a new world of justice, peace and freedom, and they will be named the ‘Warriors of the Rainbow’. They will reteach the values and the knowledge that has been lost in time, demonstrating how to have wisdom and extra-perception, and how unity, harmony and love is the only way forward.

A Mid-Century drop leaf table with two leaves, 4 chairs and 2 caption chairs marked Walter of Wabash #3. The table is approx. 29 1/2" tall, With the drop leaf down, approx. 30 1/2" wide, each drop leaf sides up, 61” long. Each drop leaf is approx. 12” wide and 40” across. The bones on the chairs are in good condition, but the fabric is stained and could use cleaned or replaced. The table does have some scratches and scrapes.

A large print named "Tulip Toss" that is in a wooden frame signed by Shirley Novak and is approx. 34x46. Shirley Novak is an avid gardener with the love of flowers which is evident throughout her incredibly bold collection of oil paintings. She uses intense brush strokes to bring out the bright colors in beautiful poppies, tulips, and other flowers that have fascinated her since childhood. Her pieces range from classic to contemporary and are an excellent addition to any decor.

A antique two tone, open top crock with a glaze finish which has no markings. There are some chips and the bottom does show some wear. The crock is approx. 7 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" in diameter.

A group of antique pyrography/Flemish pieces of art on wood of women from 1909. This was practiced for centuries all over the world, pyrography — the art of burning designs into wood — enjoyed a surge in popularity during the late 19th century, particularly in the United States and Australia. Pyrography literally means “fire writing,” an apt name for the branding process. Sometimes called pokerwork, this technique had a broad appeal and is still practiced today. All that was needed for pyrography was a pointed metal tool, a heat source and wood. A pen-like nib was heated, then pushed into the wood surface. The wood was burned and incised, then sometimes stained, painted or varnished to enhance the design. This burning technique could be executed on leather, velvet, gourds and even glass, although finely grained woods, such as basswood, holly or sycamore, were commonly used. Also included is a cute heart shaped wall hanging with a little drawer at the top. These pieces are ranging in size from 8 to 16” tall.

Food was stored in salt brine or water and used primarily in covered crocks and jars. A Paraffin wax was commercially available by the mid-1850 and sealed then stored. There are a few chips on the crock and is approx. 8”.

A frame with roses that is marked on the back, Flemish Art Company which is approx. 6 x 7 1/2". The Flemish Art Company was based out of Brooklyn New York with dated material of 1915. The Flemish Art Company appeared to have been given its name based on the belief that pyrography had Flemish origins. Because pyrography became so popular from the late 1800's to the first quarter of the 1900's, and because this company played so big a part in that phenomenon, the term "Flemish art" became synonymous with pyrography much as "kleenex" has become another name for a facial tissue. Also included is a box that with an iris pattern and has a marking of 1906. The box is approx. 2 1/2" tall and 6 x 6 1/2".
